REGISTRATION & ENTRY User Information: Please input accurate contact details in the event of a technical issue we can notify entrants. Cost: Entry fee plus donation is $30 per person, due before 'registration & payment deadline' listed on the home page. Eligibility: Open to all clubs, members, players, and supporters. Platform & Tipping: Tip's must be submitted online via the website platform SportzTipz, 30 minutes before the commencement of each scheduled game Melbourne time zone. Our platform will automatically lock users out once the threshold has been reached. WHEN SUBMITTING YOUR TIPS; ENSURE YOU 'SAVE' THEM or they will not submit.

TO SUBMIT YOUR TIPS, PLEASE FOLLOW THESE STEPS Log In: First, make sure you are logged into your account. If you aren't, the app will guide you to the login page. Pay Entry Fee and Donation: Ensure your entry fee and donation for the current season has been paid. If it hasn't, you'll see a prompt on the Home page or Tipping page to complete your payment. Go To Tipping Page: Navigate to the "Tipping" section of the app. Select Round: At the top of the Tipping page, you can choose the round for which you want to submit tips. Use the arrow buttons or the dropdown menu to select a round. Make Your Selection: For each match listed, click on the team you believe will win, or select "Draw" if you think the match will end in a tie. Save Your Tips: After making your selections for a round, click the "Save My Tips" button. You'll see a confirmation message once your tips are saved. IMPORTANT: Tips must be submitted before the official lockout time for each match. You won't be able to change tips once a match is locked. NOTE: You can always review your submitted tips for any up and coming round by selecting that round, making any changes then SAVING them again.

THE SEASON & PRIZES Duration: The competition applies to the current year's home and away season (does not include finals). Overall Winner: The participants with the highest, second-highest, and third-highest number of correct tips at the conclusion of the season will be awarded a percentage of the prize pool. Joint Winners: In the event that two or more participants are tied for any prize-winning position at the conclusion of the season, the relevant prize amount allocated to that position shall be divided equally among those participants. Where a tie spans multiple prize positions, the combined prize pool for those positions shall be aggregated and distributed equally among the tied participants. Prize Pool: The total prize pool shall be capped at five thousand dollars ($5,000), subject to sufficient participant numbers being achieved.

GENERAL TERMS Fixtures: The team fixtures are derived from third party websites including but not limited to league and PlayHQ web pages. Disputes: The organizer's decision is final. Code of Conduct: Respectful conduct is expected; abusive behaviour, bringing the tipping competition into disrepute and or evidence of cheating will result in disqualification and forfeit any entry fees paid. Donations: This competition has not only been developed to provide entertainment and the opportunity to win a prize; it also includes a donation back to local community sports.
